電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

電壓擊穿試驗儀設備安全保護功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

電壓擊穿試驗儀整機組成：
Voltage breakdown tester machine component:
1、升壓部件：由調壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。
