絕緣電壓擊穿試驗儀整機組成：

1、升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。 2、動部件：由步進電機均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。 3、檢測部件：由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過信號線把檢測的模擬信號和開關(guān)信號傳給計算機。 4、計算機軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測設(shè)備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據(jù)采集的信息控制設(shè)備運行并處理試驗結(jié)果。  5、試驗電極：根據(jù)國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設(shè)備提供三個電極，具體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個；Ф75mm×25mm一個。

1、介電擊穿強度試驗儀安裝時應(yīng)具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。

絕緣電壓擊穿試驗儀注意事項：

1、試驗過程中不能讓無關(guān)人員靠近，因本試驗儀器可產(chǎn)生較高的電壓，未經(jīng)過培訓的人員不能使用該設(shè)備。試驗時要有監(jiān)護人員，不要單人使用。以防萬一發(fā)生意外情況。

2、長時間不使用設(shè)備，在再使用時，先讓儀器空載加壓一次，即把高壓電極的接線從均壓球上取下。查看計算機試驗界面，看看高壓電壓是否正常。

3、試驗中發(fā)生意外情況要及時切斷電源，問題處理后才能繼續(xù)試驗。

4、設(shè)備安放要平穩(wěn)，安放的地面要堅固。是水泥地面以免產(chǎn)生共振。

5、該設(shè)備在使用中外殼要接保護地線，既設(shè)備外殼接大地,以保護操作人員和設(shè)備運行的安全。

6、使用完設(shè)備后，要關(guān)掉系統(tǒng)各部分電源，不準帶電插拔電源線。

7、要按規(guī)定的電源電壓接入設(shè)備。確保電路接線正確。否則會損壞設(shè)備。

8、該儀器需安置在室內(nèi)，實驗室應(yīng)整潔、干燥、無腐蝕性介質(zhì)，非相關(guān)人員不要隨意操作。
